Janhvi Kapoor Bags Career-Best Pay Cheque For Peddi

Amid the buzz surrounding her role in Peddi, Janhvi Kapoor has reportedly received the biggest pay cheque of her career.

According to trade reports, the actress was paid Rs. 8 crore to star opposite Ram Charan in the film. This marks a major increase from the Rs. 5 crore she earned for Devara.

Sources say Janhvi was highly professional during the shoot and has strengthened her position in the Telugu film industry with the success of both Devara and Peddi.

Up next, she will star in Atlee’s Raaka alongside Allu Arjun.

In Hindi cinema, she has Lag Ja Gale. While Peddi succeeded in Telugu, its Hindi version failed to create much impact.
